Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Altria Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform - Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand consistency - Analyze chat data to identify trends, improve chat performance, and drive business decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement web chat initiatives and optimize the customer journey - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong communication and presentation skills - Reliable and energetic personality - Proficiency in chat platform tools and technology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in analyzing data and implementing insights to improve performance - Knowledge of customer experience principles and best practices
