Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Web Chat Manager to join our team at Harvey Norman. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the web chat team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform - Monitor chat conversations to ensure a positive customer experience and provide feedback to team members as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to web chat management

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong leadership and planning skills - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with chat platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
