Educators - Trainee, Cert 3 & Diploma - Collaborative Environment - Part-Time

We are seeking Educators to join our amazing team at Little Grommets Early Learning Centre.

Ideal Applicants Will Have:

• Diploma or Certificate 3 in Childcare (recognised by ACECQA) or willing to study
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Working With Children Card
• Proven experience within the industry
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
• Exceptional relationship skills with families, children and other educators within the Service

The Skills You Bring:

• Assist planning and implementing an educational program that reflects our play-based philosophy and values the holistic view of each child's development.
• Great communication is the key in this role and you have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, educators, support staff and community stakeholders.
• Working cooperatively with all team members and stakeholders in supporting curriculum implementation, critical reflection, professional development as well as individual goals and performance.
• Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information.
