Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a great entry-level marketing position, perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms.
• Manage paid social campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and edit video content to promote our services and patient success stories.

Patient Relationship Management (PRM)

• Work closely with our operations manager to manage our PRM system.
• Implement remarketing strategies to enhance patient retention and engagement.

Local Area Marketing Initiatives

• Plan and execute local area marketing campaigns to drive new patient growth.
• Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Reviews and NPS Feedback:

• Develop strategies to increase customer reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
• Engage with patients to gather valuable feedback and improve service quality.

Referral Network Building:

• Strengthen relationships with General Dentists to build a robust referral network.
• Coordinate referral marketing efforts to attract new patients through professional recommendations.
   

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic skills in video creation and editing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about building brands and engaging with communities.
