Two newly renovated projects for the hotel’s dining venues are waitingfor your touches and creativity skills! The Chef De Partie is responsible for assisting in ensuring that allmeals coming from the kitchen are well prepared with regard to quality,consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost. He/she is expected toutilize training provided by the Sous Chef, meet corporate quality standards,assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control,recipes and sanitation. The Chef De Partie is also responsible forassisting in controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guestsatisfaction.  Responsibilities: · Support and assist inthe smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guestdining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highestlevel, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adheredto. · Takes responsibilityfor the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work iscarried out in a timely and professional manner. · Collaborate withcolleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positiveand responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. · Support and deliver onthe strategies and objectives of the kitchen department taking ownership forassigned areas of responsibility. · Develops and buildsown skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within kitchen, whichaligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by thecompany.  · Collaborates with theHead of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, thatproductivity targets are achieved and performance levels are attained · Build and maintaineffective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilstpromoting the company culture and values. · Ensures adherence toall legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activitiesare planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit,performing follow-up as required  Requirements: Experience in Asian cuisine kitchen Ability to adapt to changing service environments Pro-active with a hands-on approach Passion for the hospitality industry Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations  Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence Strong communication and listening skills Good IT skills Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department An open and positive personality Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments CAREERS Join us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and bepart of the most inspired hotel company in the world.
