Junior Digital Marketer

We are strengthening our EMEA Marketing Communications team and are looking for a creative Junior Digital Marketer. You will work closely with our e-Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts and campaigns across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and technology. You are well-versed in the concepts of digital marketing and you know how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You are tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

Junior Digital Marketer

Main responsibilities:

Campaign support:

• Creation and execution of email marketing initiatives to include segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis.
• Being up-to-date with email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices and ensuring marketing messages are conveyed clearly and customer-focused
• Implementation of persuasive calls-to-action using forms and templates, editing and proofreading, messaging relevancy to audiences and segments
• Proactive communication and collaboration with internal team members
• Work with marketing management to review campaign performance KPIs; providing feedback and suggesting improvements.

Website support:

• Creation of (landing)pages and optimization of existing ones. Management and upload of translations to support the entire EMEA region
• Tracking and analysis of Google Analytics data of different GC sites
• Supporting team in general as we release new website/app features and content.

Social Media support:

• Creation of copies and visuals for social media with the help of our Design team
• Coordination of schedules of content to promote upcoming events, courses, and community involvement to foster interaction, education, and engagement.
• Publishing content on social media channels and groups.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience of working in a digital marketing role or other relevant position
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and to identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties
• Experience using SalesForce.com Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Solid copywriting skills and experience is a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
