Social Media & Creative Marketeer

Moonbird is a healthtech startup with HQ in Brussels. At Moonbird we develop physical and digital tools to help people do breathing exercises, adding to their mental wellbeing. We are finalizing our product development, performed our first user tests and launched our B2C pre-order campaign in March 2020 with full launch expected at Q1 2021. Our mission is to help people achieve a desired state of mind and, as such, ultimately to improve the mental wellbeing of people worldwide. Moonbird looks for passionate and motivated people to help us achieve this mission.

To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a SM/IF/creative marketeer to join us. Being the first (Digital) Marketeer, you will be the driving force and cornerstone of our social media plan and influencer campaigns. You will use various social media platforms, create video ads, write blogposts, ultimatelly to create brand awareness and help drive traffic to our own webshop.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing
• Ability to speak and write in Dutch and English fluently, French is a plus.
• You are creative, you live and breath social media. You have an affinity with mindfulness/meditation and are always bubbling up new ideas
• Content wizard & copywriting skills (blogpost, SM posts)
• E-mail marketing (newsletters)
• Social media expert (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok hold no secrets for you)
• Familiar with photoshop, indesign (or other content production tool)
• Videography
• Are comfortable to work in a high paced-environment
• Have good project management skills (own weekly planning, setting KPI’s, aligning deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, hit roadmap objectives...)
• Want to make a positive impact and help us achieve our mission

You responsibilities

• Define our overall social media/content strategy and bring it to live
• Content creation for newsletters, blog, marketing campaigns and social media
• Creation of ads (video, graphics)
• Manage content calendar, PR and influencer campaign
