Job Description:
Excellent retail expansion experience in the High Street format.
Should have opened multiple new stores within timelines and budget
Strong knowledge of high street markets in the assigned regions.
Strong Communication skills Proficient in written and spoken English
Strong computer skills in usage of various tools in MSOffice and Internet
Excellent in Vendor Management and Vendor Negotiation
Extremely proactive and energetic.
Should be able to influence stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met.
Willing to travel extensively and stay for short duration to onboard properties at a fast pace.
Role Deliverables:
Expansion of the Brand in retail format in the regions assigned through extensive market search and as per budget and criteria.
Location analysis based on feasibility of business and the brand benchmarks.
P&L assessment with Business Heads to ensure sustainability of the store.
Handling project delivery from the vendor for the retail outlets as per Brand SOPs .
Vendor Management which included proper branding implementation and executions ensuring timely delivery for on time store launch.
Prompt execution of Lease agreements in coordination with the Legal team and the landlord(s).
Rental renegotiation with the landlords (whenever necessary) to ensure operational feasibility assuring long term association and maximizing profitability.
Handling landlord disputes timely payment of rental and amenities in coordination with finance.
Undertake competition study with reference to look and feel of competition stores fixtures and processes and share the same for required actions
Coordinate with Projects / VM / Finance / Legal Team to get the desired results.
