Job Description

Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive) DGFT / Customs clearance / inbound Logistics/ Statutory compliances.
Responsible for entire inbound logistic operations of DTA & SEZ units
Foreign Trade Policies & Customs Rules.
Ensure applications and proper utilization of Brand rate DBK RODTEP and other export incentives.
Application utilization and proper monitoring of Advance Authorizations EPCG and other export licenses.
Ensure timely Customs clearance guide logistic partners on daily shipment schedules taking care of storage levels of both plants.
Check and approve rates and prepare comparison statements to have a better control over logistic costs.
Optimize freight rates.
Monitor shipment report. Explore additional warehousing options to save higher detention and ground rents.
Ensure all certifications and approvals are validated within the time period.
Proper liaison with Shipping lines Customs authorities & other Government authorities.
Ensure movement of imported RM to ensure smooth production.
