Are you interested in working in a cutting room where the pork meat is fresher than fresh, coming directly from our own slaughterhouse?You will primarily be cutting and boning pork meat, which involves removing fat, membranes, and rind. You will process fresh meat or carcasses, primarily using knives, pliers, and saws. As a butcher, you will be responsible for various tasks and positions such as cutting shoulders, bellies, ribs, and more.
You peferably already have some experience as a butcher. If you don't have experience but are very motivated and eager to learn, you can be trained on the job where you'll learn all the butchering specific cuts form scratch. There are various available schedules from wich you can choose:
- Start at 3:25 AM
- Start at 4:55 AM
- Start at 9:00 AM
We do ask you to be flexible due to the freshness of the products. You must be skilled with a knife and able to handle physically demanding work.
Diploma or experience as a butcher.
