As a Customer Onboarding Manager for Northern Europe, your mission is to ensure the successful implementation of Zenchef services, acting as a crucial link between Sales and Account Managers. Your key focus is on understanding customer needs, adapting tools, and delivering high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Our Team
As a Customer Onboarding team, we are responsible to deliver the promised value proposition to our clients during their onboarding process (organic growth and upgrade project). Our goal is to deliver the best experience with our product and services for increased client’s satisfaction and adoption.
Day-to-Day
- Independently manage the Zenchef service implementation for all customers : organic growth and upgrade.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries during adoption.
- Develop customized onboarding experiences, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and optimize their customer journey.
- Driving innovation through the implementation of new initiatives, actively developing our ways of working, and participating in a culture of continuous improvement
- Take an active role in expediting our Upgrade project through the seamless merger of three companies, with a keen focus on the migration process.
- You have confirmed experience in customer interactions.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (read, write & speak).
- You possess excellent writing skills.
- You demonstrate ease and effectiveness in oral communication with clients.
- You exhibit patience and pedagogy.
- You display rigor, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.
