What you’ll do

As a Healthcare Customer Marketing Supervisor you’ll use your analytical skills to solve problems, build and develop relationships within UPS as well as with customers, and contribute to growing the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the market and its dynamics, the customer, the competitors, and UPS Healthcare impact. You do this by conducting market research to understand customers’ needs, and benchmark competitor capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance the value proposition of UPS Healthcare.

You’ll monitor industry trends, competitors’ strategic moves, and industry regulations, and define and execute go-to-market strategies including business plan goals and a product development roadmap. Finally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives, and to ensure the right messages get to the Healthcare customers through all communications channels.

What you’ll need

• A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience in product marketing – experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude working collaboratively across functions.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You can manage for results.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written. A further European language is a plus.
