University degree in IT, mathematics or economics combined with a degree on Financial Markets
1 to 3 years experience in the financial services or related industry. Good knowledge of at least one business/technical domain
Securities / Payments / Treasury / Trade / IT Infrastructures
01 . Assist more senior colleagues in the analysis of a specific business/technical domain in order to evaluate and understand short/medium term tactical (and potentially strategic) customer requirements
02 . Based on market research, identify first pilot and later sales opportunities and target customers
03 . Help more senior colleagues preparing underlying documentation and supporting business/technical flows, and deliver presentations
04 . In co-ordination with more senior colleagues, help the customer and the relevant account manager translate the recommendations into clear and tangible actions for the business/technical area covered
05 . Under the supervision of more senior colleagues, identify and quantify any SWIFT product/service deficiencies discovered during the customer engagement

07. Communicates effectively
Communicates effectively across a range of practical and operational issues; adjusts personal communication style to fit intended audience; listens to and respects other people's points of view. Deep knowledge of Flemish Dutch and English, French is a plus.
