Pharma Representative North

As our Fields Sales Representative Pharmacy you will be joining a team of 9 pharmacy representatives. The team supports a portfolio of 500 unique customers each and you are responsible for a portfolio of various customers, including independent pharmacists, chains and parapharmacies in your respective region.

In this position you will be reporting to the National Field Sales Manager Pharma, who reports into the Head of Sales Specialized Nutrition.

The key expectations for this position are

• Creating awareness by giving qualitative trainings to the pharmacies staff (Pharmacists and Assistant pharmacists)
• Engaging & influence every pharmacy in line with our commercial strategy (commercial incentives, shopper activities..) to win in store preference and market share
• Ensuring excellence in execution of our brands in store according to our PICOS design

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying yearly Territory business plan- drilling national strategies into local action plans and to be acting as an account manager
• Managing your customers: set commercial objective, visit customers, generate brand preference vs competition, handle customer requirements, follow up on agreements, etc.,
• Implementing Nutricia category management : e.g. shelving, use of POS material, which products based on campaigns/rotation, Stock management.
• Training the pharmacy manager and team : both product training based on the specificity of your pharmacy patient group and medical training on the entire Nutricia portfolio
• Implementing our commercial policy by negotiating with pharmacist and local buyers
• Participating in internal projects cross the different departments, including Supply Chain, Marketing etc.

About you

You obtained a Master in Business Management or Healthcare (Nutrition, pharmacist, dietician, …) and are experienced in the pharmaceutical sector. If you are trilingual, that would be absolutely great!

To be successful in this position you:

• Have strong analytical, selling & negotiation skills
• Are enthusiastic with a strong drive and the motivation to go the extra-mile to grow your territory
• Have excellent organizational and planning skills
• Are a true entrepreneur, with the ability to work autonomously and bring creative solutions
• Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
