Job Description - Procurement Manager

Join us as a Procurement Manager, where you'll be a pivotal force in merging science, technology, and talent to combat diseases. Your mission will involve:

  • Strategic Partnership: Forge and maintain strategic relationships with indirect spend owners and suppliers across various business lines.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead impactful, cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation and patient-centric solutions.
  • Global Strategy Implementation: Execute global sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Implement global sourcing strategies, adapting to local business requirements and market dynamics.
  • Benefit Management: Oversee financial benefits, ensuring alignment with the Spend Management Framework and stakeholder agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Manage and optimize supplier contracts and performance, fostering global opportunities and ensuring supply chain efficiency.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven track record in procurement within a highly regulated industry, with experience managing international and cross-functional projects focused on indirect sourcing.
  • Skills: Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a global perspective, capable of nurturing a complex network of internal and external relationships.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential; French is a nice-to-have.
