Your Role as a Recruiter

As a Recruiter for Brightnewday, your main responsibility is to get potential candidates excited about our company. You know the company and what we stand for; understanding people is your talent, and you know how to motivate and inspire them. You know how to convince people in this market. You use all available tools and think outside the box.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (technology or HR related).
• Experience or proven affinity with the technological world and engineering sector, experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Self-reliant and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Get-things-done mentality.
• Good communications skills in Dutch as well as English.
• Autonomy and responsibility within your level of experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
