Responsibilities The successful individual will be assisting the running of our store based in Maasmechelen. Responsibilities include:

• Support of store management on a daily basis
• Ensuring the store delivers exceptional customer service
• Driving sales to target
• Understanding, analysing and developing of store KPI’s
• Store merchandising including seasonal changeover and promotions
• Managing stock loss and completing inventories
• Maintaining housekeeping to high standards
• Accurate management of all till operations
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room
• To provide support by maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times

Qualifications All suitable candidates must be confident working within a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
