Payroll & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who will handle the following:

• Coordinate and review monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider.
• Administer payroll transactions, including hires, terminations, vacations, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, and statutory payments.
• Manage time and attendance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and vendor management.
• Support employees and managers with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and labor cost analyses.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in Brazil.
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
• Experience with payroll, time and attendance, and benefits systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADP, SAP, or other HR/payroll systems.
• Experience in multinational companies.
• Experience with audits, HR indicators, and process improvement initiatives.
