We are looking for Middle Product Owner, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Escalate key issues and risks to appropriate levels.

Facilitates (or co-facilitates) information gathering sessions with business and/or our technology partners (requirements gathering, helping with cost benefit analysis, etc.)

Identifies and leads the resolution of project issues, devising effective ways of reaching project objectives in the most cost/time-effective manner while considering unique business conditions.

Conduct data analysis on business opportunities shared with you, create experiments, and define success measures (KPIs);

Analyze CDP data, engagement behavior and sales to gain insights on how to improve the digital customer experience;

Be scrappy and have a growth mindset;

Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors across the technology organizational boundaries in the performance of daily work;

Apply principles, concepts, and practices of the Kenvue Purpose, Vision and Behaviors;

Ensure that Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified and valued and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies;

Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all technology related decisions and actions

English fluently

Experience Agile as PO;

Experience in a few of the following areas;

Customer Data Platforms such as TreasureData (Workbench, Audience Studio, Insights);

Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Relational Database Concepts and SQL

Strong detail oriented and a high degree of analytical capabilities; an ability to analyze and leverage data to inform customer journeys and segmentations

Experience with CDP - Customer Data Platform and CPG - Consumer Packed Goods

Desirable Skills:

Experience within CPG or complex businesses

Knowledge of website Concepts and Technology
