We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team. The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets according to our methodology, supporting with procedures when necessary, and handling urgent customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in achieving targets according to our methodology. Support sales representatives with procedures when necessary. Handle urgent customer/sales representatives inquiries and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency. Maintain accurate records of the sales team activities and interactions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. Requirements: Fluency in English. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a sales support, quality assurance or customer service role. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Additional Information: Compensation: $690 via WISE. Gym membership through Gympass (Wellhub) after a three-month trial. Work-from-home from Monday to Sunday. 6 days a week, flexible day off. Flexibility to work different shifts during the week: 12 pm to 08 pm and 08 pm to 04 am.
