Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative based in Macaé, RJ. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the engineering and sales support team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address customer needs. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Technical aptitude to understand and effectively present product features and benefits Self-motivated with a strong drive for results Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Fluency in English and Portuguese Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience with casing centralisation products is a plus Experience with cementing will be preferable
