We are currently seeking a talented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team and take charge of our critical Support IT infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our support systems to enable us to achieve our organization's mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain telephony systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Oversee IT service management platforms, including incident, problem, and change management processes. Manage remote monitoring and management tools to proactively identify and address potential issues. Maintain and optimize professional services automation systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Implement and integrate artificial intelligence solutions to improve system intelligence and automation. Administer various integrations between systems to enable seamless communication and data exchange.
