We are currently seeking a Service Integration Analyst to join our CMS team in Porto, Portugal.

What you’ll be doing:

• Integrate our CMS (Consultancy, Maintenance, and Support) team, to support several international clients.
• Troubleshooting and Bug fixing.
• Resolve client incidents and user requests.
• Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

 
What we are looking for:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience working with systems integration.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of Unix OS;
• Knowledge in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator);
• Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• Proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Availability for on-call.

 
What would be a plus:

• Certifications in ITIL Foundation will be a plus;
• Knowledge of WSO2 will be a plus;
• Knowledge in integration tools and technologies, namely Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB), Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and Spring Boot Microservices, will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail architecture and integration solutions, on-premises and/or cloud versions (RIB, RICS, BDI, RFI), will be a plus;
• Experience in integration architectures and solutions in different environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), will be a plus.

In this sequence, we process your personal data for the following purposes :

• iii. Retail Consult's legitimate interest to submit a form to receive contacts – to be able to answer all your doubts or queries related to our services;

How long do we keep your personal data?
The personal data collected and processed are stored in specific databases for this purpose and will be kept, given their purpose, in compliance with the applicable legal deadlines.
