Java Holdings Ltd. began as a family trust which housed energy generation, commercial real estate and construction equipment assets. After building Valard Construction into the leading construction firm in the Canadian utility industry, Victor Budzinski sold his company to Quanta Services to pursue a bigger vision. In late 2019, Victor and his sons transformed Java into an execution and management company and began investing in and acquiring operational business units in the energy sector around the world. Today, Java invests and is an active and engaged player in its acquisitions. We provide high level execution support for large utility, oil and gas, and power generation projects, specializing in EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management).
