Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a full-time Associate level position, the Remote Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and reliable. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in decision-making and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze remote facility operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with on-site teams to coordinate tasks and address any issues that may arise - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for remote operations - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Provide support for remote facility projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
