Operations Associate

Job Description:

Graham Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the construction projects - Coordinate with project managers and field staff to ensure timely completion of tasks - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to optimize project efficiency - Prepare and analyze project reports for management review - Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for various projects - Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and procedures - Provide support to field staff as needed - Travel to project sites as required - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Ability to persuade and influence others - Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
