For more information on New College, see Your opportunity: Under the general direction of the Assistant to the Dean, Administration, the incumbent provides a wide range of administrative and communications support for the Office of Residence and Student Life (ORSL). This includes managing the office reception desk, supporting inquiries to the office, booking meetings for staff, and providing support and referrals to students. As a member of the New College's ORSL, the Program and Communications Assistant will be committed to an equity that recognizes, supports, and responds to the diverse histories, lived and marginalized experiences of students and many communities. USW Pay Band 07 -- $58,012 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $74,189. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
