Job Description - Customer Account Representative

Our Mississauga location currently has several openings as a Customer Account Representative. Our sales and marketing firm is the leader in the marketing industry and in tailoring customer service & sales to their needs. Our clients want us to deliver a face-to-face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. It is our team's top priority to provide the highest quality of customer service care, and to maintain and build quality relationships with our customers. This job is full-time and involves in person sales with customers.

Our niche has been our ability to act as the liaison between our major clients and their customers. We pride ourselves on our competitive, but extremely friendly and family oriented work environment.

Job Details

  • Development of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Customer service and client acquisition
  • Implementation of client's product launches

Our ideal candidate

  • 0-2 years of experience in either customer service, marketing, advertising, sales, retail or telemarketing
  • Must be able to start working immediately if needed
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong personality
  • Experience developing positive relationships and/or solving customer problems
  • Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
