Gorilla Property Services specializes in exterior property maintenance and has become a reliable/trustworthy brand across Nanaimo and Regional District. Our main services include gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, graffiti removal, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and the installation of holiday lights. We don't just "specialize" in our services, we MASTER them. We take great pride in the work that we do and provide outstanding service to our valued clients. We are looking to hire someone full-time able to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with the flexibility to work weekends. Responsibilities: • Ensure each of our services are fully executed exceeding the client’s expectations • Demonstrate commitment for the safety of yourself and others • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision • Follow the direction of your supervisor and complete other duties as assigned • Comfortable working at heights of 20, 30 and 40 ft is highly preferred • Have FUN! Position Requirements • Wear safety shoes and assigned PPE at all times • WHIMIS, Fall Protection, Lift Operation • Valid Class 5 and experience hauling a trailer • Strong attention to detail and known to be a clean freak • Demonstrate a commitment for safety for both you and your team • Physically fit able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day • We will train the right candidates Job Type: Seasonal, Full-time, typically Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Hourly Rate: Starting TBD based on experience and up to $27 per hour Required education: High school or equivalent Service area: Nanaimo and Regional District To apply : contact Curtis Hansen 250 618 8783 [email protected]
