The Role

You will be responsible for :

· Analyze financial data and build complex financial forecasts with accuracy

· Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings

· Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals

· Support financial and accounting functions, such as investment operations, product recommendations, budgeting, financial statement consolidation, cost control and M&A activities

· Evaluate and analyze capital investment opportunities, lending activities, debt acquisition, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.

· Study the company’s financial data to provide insight for business decisions and overall financial strategy.

· Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

· Preparing reports for senior management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

· Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

· Building and testing drivers and variables for financial model forecasting within standard deviation.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.

Ideal Profile

Skills required:

· Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field

· Completely fluent in English

· 1 - 3 Years or proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in the lending or financial industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently with complex datasets.

· Highly Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other analytics tools.

· Experience with data visualization tools.

· Proficiency with statistical techniques and tools for data analysis.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

· Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data & finance analysis.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
