Freelancer - NTGapps Low Code Developer

One of our flagship products, NTGapps, is a low code enterprise tool designed for solving complex problems for large organizations, significantly increasing organizational efficiency. NTGapps has a powerful suite of features and capability of handling large complex data sizes. NTGapps has a no code user interface to allow non technical business departments to easily adopt and quickly build mobile and web applications for their needs. 

**Job Description:**

We are looking for freelance contractors interested in learning and becoming a certified expert of NTGapps. The contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using NTGapps for our network of clients. This role involves working closely with our engineers and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality products, improving existing applications, and staying informed of emerging business and industry needs.

This role is great for any senior technical person interested in generating extra income while learning a new tool and working remotely. In addition to being compensated for training and development on our client projects, we also provide you the freedom and support in sourcing your own independent projects in which you can earn additional project revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Leverage our Engineering and Product team to learn all aspects of NTGapps at a high degree of detail and become certified as an NTGapps expert
* Work with our clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications
* Test and debug applications to ensure high-quality client experience and to improve functionality and performance
* Design and implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces within low-code/no-code environments
* Integrate low-code/no-code solutions with existing systems and databases
* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build workflow automation
* Other responsibilities not listed here based on the needs of the company operations

**Skills/Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
* 3+ years of experience as a developer. Experience with Zoho One, Mendix, Appian, Outsystems, Odoo is a plus
* Experience working directly with clients (small, medium and large enterprises) solving their business workflow problems or developing software or admin solutions for them
* A natural excitement for delivering client value and building long term business relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Basic knowledge of database concepts and data integration
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving low-code/no-code technologies
* Certification in low-code/no-code platforms is a plus

**Compensation:**

This is a freelancer position. Compensation will be provided at a fixed rate based on deliverables. Both training time and client projects will be included in total compensation.

In addition to being compensated for training and development on our client projects, the freelancer also has the freedom in sourcing their own independent projects in which they can earn additional project revenue.

Total compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.
