POSITION OVERVIEW Accountable for ongoing operations, support, continuous improvement/development, and implementation of SaskTels learning systems. Manages the Learning & Development Coordination team responsible for supporting learning operations. Responsible for maintenance of vendor contracts. Partners with team members and clients to meet learning and business needs. Manages and maintains operating and capital budgets for the Learning & Development (L&D) team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Business Admin or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Specializations in training and development or learning technology would be an asset.
Working knowledge of learning technologies such as learning management systems and elearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI). Experience with SuccessFactors Learning is preferred.
