It is the largest publicly funded LTC site in Western Canada, providing multi-service programming, dialysis, dementia care, specialty care programming for LTC residents with mental health and/or active addictions, end of life care, and regular long-term care.
The Summit focuses on an inter-disciplinary team approach to care, with a fully activated electronic health record with CPOE and BPMH.
