We are seeking a dedicated and experienced live in Superintendent, either an individual or a couple, to take on the care and stewardship of a residential property in the Ottawa area.
This opportunity comes as a valued member of our team prepares for retirement after years of meaningful contribution. Their impact has helped shape a strong, welcoming community for our residents, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in continuing that legacy.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the resident experience, creating an environment where people feel safe, supported, and truly at home. You will build relationships, maintain the property with care, and serve as a trusted, visible presence in the community.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a Superintendent professional, responsibilities will include:

*Location: This opportunity will be at Avalon Park, located just east of Ottawa’s core. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood near the St. Laurent area, Avalon is a community that features three high-rise towers with newly renovated balconies, updated interiors, a seasonal outdoor pool, a theatre room, fitness centre, and more.
