What You Will Do The Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing data-focused analytical solutions for the Canada Deliver organization. They work with both internal and external partners to identify reporting and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence. This role will also support teams working on activating Global supply chain data solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support descriptive-to-predictive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve customer service, and reduce cost.
- Act as an analytics SME for Distribution, Transportation, upstream supply chain partner functions, and downstream partners.
- Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain.
- Apply Agile project management skills to effectively deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected.
- Collaborate and communicate across the extended Kenvue team to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes.
- Integrate into key business operational processes as required.
Required Qualifications - Experience with data visualization and dashboard development BI tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, including advanced query concepts and basic database technologies.
- Experience with process automation using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, or PowerBI.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical requirements and documentation, as well as communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
Desired Qualifications - Supply Chain or Logistics experience.
- Previous hands-on use of Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working in an Agile project management environment.
