The Manufacturing Operator is a member of the manufacturing team who provides routine support to the Technologists in an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom environment and reports to the Manufacturing Lead. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to GMP and ISO13485 quality systems Prepare the line clearance before and after production Prepare the required materials for the batches Prepare and set up the equipment for production Prepare materials for filling process and set up tubs for filling and stoppering Assist in the cleaning process at the glass washing area Set up trays for sterilization Sanitize equipment and unload products which have been sterilized ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned Participation in weekly operations meetings MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Knowledge/Experience High School diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills Behavioral Demonstrated ability to apply the following behavioral competencies on the job: Teamwork: Working effectively and productively with others. Written Communication: Writing clearly, succinctly and understandably Organization and Planning: Utilizing logical, systematic and orderly procedures to meet objectives Flexibility: Agility to adapt to change WORKING CONDITIONS: Requirement to work in clean room areas and laboratory setting up to 90% of the time. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Working experience with cGMP and GLP Experience working in ISO Cleanroom environments
