You will support the Marketing team with various initiatives, programs, events and day-to-day tasks with a focus on social, email marketing and local store marketing. Role and Responsibilities:Manage Local Store Marketing requests and communication including flyer program, collateral, memos, checklist and local market analysisEvent coordination and planning including trade shows, corporate, sponsored, samplingCoordinate Store Marketing collateral and materialsPerform basic website administration duties, such as updating content and uploading files within the content management platformManage and organize assets for the organization including media databaseWork with partners to coordinate prizing and food drops Assist with copywriting, overseeing graphic design, photography and video production as requiredUpdate competitive pricing document and support pricing updates across channelsAssist in the development & execution of all marketing initiatives to grow the Pizza Nova brandAssist in the development of corporate presentations and maintain marketing manualAdministrative support including budget tracking, donation fulfillment, inventory of marketing materials at warehouse.Job Requirements:Marketing education requiredWorking in a similar role for minimum 1 to 2 yearsAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize, and organize time effectivelyDemonstrates attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated research skills to identify and verify informationAbility to work independently within a teamStrong communication skills both written and oralAbility to use a variety of computer applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Teams.Available on evening and weekends for special events as required.
