The successful candidate will be teaching Mathematics & Science in our secondary division with specific grade level assignments still to be determined. Responsibilities of this role will include: ? Short-term and long-term curriculum planning.? Lesson delivery and differentiation.? Evaluation, assessment, and documentation of student progress.? Classroom organization/management.? Communicating with parents of students.? Applying developmentally appropriate and current teaching methodologies.? Implementation and integration of instructional technology.? Working collaboratively with colleagues. Qualifications : ? Bachelor of Education.? Eligible for or in possession of an Alberta Permanent or Interim Teaching Certificate.? Fluent in French is required for this position.? Valid first-aid certification (or willingness to obtain.? Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme is desirable. The successful applicant will need to provide a recent Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening prior to commencing work. Skills, Technical and Behavioural Competencies Required: ?
