Position Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for hydropower projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical engineering and civil engineering, with a focus on hydropower applications. Key Responsibilities: Designing mechanical systems for hydropower projects, including turbines, pumps, and hydraulic structures. Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate mechanical requirements and project feasibility. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems with civil engineering designs. Performing stress analysis, simulation, and optimization of mechanical components. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on hydropower systems. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes for hydropower projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
