Are you looking for a stimulating and dynamic contract for the summer period? This is the job for you! We are currently looking for a receptionist for one of our clients in the legal industry, a law firm.

What is in it for you:

• Hourly salary: $25, depending on experience.

• Contract duration: 2 weeks.

• Start date: June 17.

• Training: 1 to 2 days prior to start date.

• Full-time and on-site schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

• Lunch break: 1 hour.

• Dress code: Casual.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate recipients.

• Ensure a warm and professional welcome for clients and visitors.

• Coordinate meal ordering as needed.

• Ensure accurate message transmission.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Familiarity with the Comutel phone system.

• Administrative versatility.

• Organization and time management skills.

• Discretion and professionalism.

• Exceptional hospitality skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
