Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the company to resolve issues and answer questions. 5. Monitor client accounts, track customer satisfaction metrics, and provide regular updates to management. 6. Assist in the development of client communication materials and presentations.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
