Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Rite Aid is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess strong presentation and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary - Effectively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma required; college degree preferred - Resilient and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation and adaptability skills
