Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Use strategic planning to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively - Excellent strategic planning abilities to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
