Restaurant Chef
The Thornhill Club is a year-round private club that offers golf, curling, fitness/wellness, tennis courts, and swimming pool/aquatics and activities. The Thornhill Club is much more than just one of Canada's best golf courses with a deep heritage, the Club has proven itself to have an innovative approach to cuisine, the environment and providing multiple facilities for family activities. The Club is conveniently located in the GTA on Yonge Street (near Hwy 407) in Thornhill, Ontario.
As a result of The Thornhill Club's commitment to providing its members with an excellent Club experience, we are hiring a Sous Chef that will support and help lead a farm to table approach as much as possible for the Members. As part of this vision, Thornhill has championed growing many fresh vegetables and herbs used in our eight dining facilities within the Club. Even our honey comes from hives on the property and maple trees produce syrup each spring. This individual will be a key and supporting role that will report directly to the Executive Chef.
