Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold our high standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine our innovative bowl menu, ensuring it reflects current culinary trends and meets customer preferences.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Foster a positive work culture based on teamwork, respect, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, Experience working in a Poke restaurant/similar QSR will be an asset, but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
