RQ - Senior - Software Developer - CRM

Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, where is in technical configuration, development, and integration, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital infrastructure supporting critical government functions. Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must-Haves:

• Over 10 years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.

• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.

• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuring/developing.

• Proficiency in Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

• Familiarity with Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.

• Competence in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to innovate, conceptualize new solutions, and effectively collaborate in teams.

• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving ability.

Criteria:

• Core Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client J2EE web applications.

  • 5+ years of hands-on integration experience with Adobe AEM and other technologies.

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or VueJS), and Node.js.

  • Familiarity with WCAG and AODA standards.

  • Knowledge of microservice architecture and its application to enhance product extensibility and maintainability.

• Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in blockchain and smart contract development (using solidity) with basic cryptography knowledge.

  • Knowledge and experience of the Ethereum blockchain, including deployment on public or private networks.

  • Proficiency in Crystal Report, OBIEE, and PowerBI report development.

• Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

  • Demonstrated analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

• Public Sector Experience:

  • Understanding of OPS transfer payment policy and directive.
