Job Descriptions: This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Thanjai Snacks in Mont-Royal, QC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our snacks to customers across Canada. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our products, negotiating sales agreements, and providing excellent customer service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique offerings of our cloud kitchen. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed established sales targets. Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Requirements: 3-5 years of Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or related field. Efficient in communicating daily sales and target reports with management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using sales analytics tools is desirable. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
