In this role, you will be part of the Market Expansion team, focused on expanding the TELUS suite of Consumer products and services, including Koodo Internet, Altima, and Start.ca.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Market Expansion team, you’ll be responsible for developing the pricing strategy for our Consumer Go East portfolio focused on driving growth in Internet net loading, as well as product intensity through bundled offers for TV and Mobile & Home. The Market Expansion team is a critical driver of TELUS growth, and in this exciting role, you’ll use your analytic skills to build and monitor our economic models to ensure we are driving profitable growth, while also balancing our need to remain competitive in key markets.

• You’ll partner closely with our Finance and Go to Market teams to collectively deliver on our net loading and EBITDA targets
• You’ll stay connected to our sales channel partners to understand challenges, and ensure that our offers and pricing are simple and deliver a strong customer value proposition and overall experience
• You’ll monitor our performance against targets and recommend enhancements to our pricing strategy to ensure we deliver both on net loading, as well as against our EBITDA targets
• You’ll hone your collaboration and project management skills, coordinating with our marketing team to bring targeted communications and dynamic offers to market
• You’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure we are able to measure success appropriately, through reporting and systems
• You’ll build a relentless focus on the customer experience - ensuring that our service offerings are compelling, simple, and of the highest quality

Qualifications

What you bring

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration, or similar education/experience with a deep understanding of financials and business analysis
• Flexible and excellent time management skills to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills and the ability to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
• Motivated and action-oriented drive, accountable to the business, and adaptable with a positive attitude
