We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure that technical designs are well-documented and adhere to Salesforce best-practice standards. The Senior Salesforce Developer will demonstrate adaptability to constant changes, maintain a growth mindset, and drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as well as occasional assistance with production support activities. DevOps experience is desirable, and proficiency in Salesforce Classic is a must, while experience with Salesforce Lightning is considered advantageous.

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Document technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best-practice standards
• Demonstrate adaptability to constant changes and maintain a growth mindset
• Innovate by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Aid with production support activities as required
• Utilize DevOps methodologies and tools for efficient development processes

What experience do you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in Salesforce Classic is essential
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning is desirable
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices
• Ability to document technical designs effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools is a plus
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are advantageous
