Job Description - Store Layout Manager

about this team

The North America Store Portfolio (NASP) team works under our Retail Brand Experience Org and collectively we bring our product and brand to life through superior storytelling within our retail stores. We ensure all Openings + Optimizations open at a high-level of execution and our product and brand vision comes to life. NASP works cross functionally to deliver customized layouts for all store openings, seasonal Visual Merchandising resources, pre-season planograms, and product initiatives.

a day in the life

  • Works in partnership with Design + Planning to deliver customized Optimal Store Layouts for all Store Openings (90+ yearly)
  • Works in partnership with Design + In-Store Marketing to deliver customized Optimal Store Layouts for product and growth initiatives, new category expansions, and campaign launches
  • Works in partnership with Visual Merchandising & Styling to deliver seasonal resources to stores
  • Communicates with Retail store partners to ensure consistent and elevated execution of Optimal Store Layouts and guides in problem-solving
  • Works in partnership with Store Innovations in contribution of the Global Store Design Playbook
  • Contributes to pre-season Planogram layouts and resources alongside partners in Merchandising, Planning, and Visual Merchandising.
  • May support in-person to execute campaign launches, store openings, and retail brand experience initiatives focused on elevated execution
  • Develops system for archiving store data, updated layouts, and store’s fixture library
  • Drives strategy, process, and solutions alongside cross functional partners in all areas of work

qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Suite required
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign a plus
  • A keen eye for storytelling, styling, design, and trends
  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent presentation and communication (both verbal and written skills) with multi-levels
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and self-teaching mindset

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
